Welcome to Spikestream. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spikestream Android application ("App") and associated services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. User Accounts

To use Spikestream, you must sign in via a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Permitted Use & Content

Spikestream allows you to broadcast video to third-party platforms. You agree that:

• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are solely responsible for all content (video, audio, text) transmitted through the App.
• You must comply with the Terms of Service of any platform you stream to (e.g., YouTube Community Guidelines).
• You will not stream content that is harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The App, its code, graphics, and brand are the intellectual property of Leonardo Sartori. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or match-related broadcasting. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Advertising & Donations

• Ads: The App contains advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Interacting with ads is at your own risk.
• Donations: Contributions made through "Buy me a coffee" or PayPal are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not grant user ownership or control over the project.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spikestream functions as a technical bridge between your camera and a streaming server. We are not responsible for:

• Network failures or data costs incurred during streaming.
• Hardware issues or battery depletion.
• Content moderation or bans on third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Leonardo Sartori be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy / European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
