Welcome to Spikestream. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spikestream Android application ("App") and associated services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Spikestream allows you to broadcast video to third-party platforms. You agree that:
The App, its code, graphics, and brand are the intellectual property of Leonardo Sartori. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or match-related broadcasting. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Spikestream functions as a technical bridge between your camera and a streaming server. We are not responsible for:
In no event shall Leonardo Sartori be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy / European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
